Research studies and pattern has shown evidence that premature ejaculation is linked to early sexual experiences when one masturbates in a hurried environment to try and avoid being discovered. This guilt feeling of getting caught in combination of trying to climax fast to get it over with can develop into an irregular pattern of ejaculation!
Remember those teen years of Freshman high school where every kid was entering into a new era of young adults?! Their hormones were heavily pumping and raging sexual drives were taking over young minds. Everyone was trying new things, being adventurous, exploring new horizons and some even started to explore sex. I for one was one of them, but little did I and they knew that premature ejaculation was lurking around our young curious habits and behavior.
After a year of self-serving with masturbation, I had my first girl friend during Sophomore year. We had my first sex during our school trip down the beach. I remembered it so well not because it was my first but, as soon as my penis entered her vagina I got so excited with a few strokes that I burst semen all over her naked body. My premature ejaculation problem was so bad that it literally took me only 10 seconds to come. How bad was that! This occurrence applied to many occasions and encounters over the years even after my first girlfriend on new dates, one night stands and etc.Back then I didn't know of any remedies or exercises that can help prevent my premature ejaculation disorder. So, in order to calm my self down a level I masturbated before any sexual encounter. I usually relied on this method to reduce my excitement especially for first dates because it makes me nervous. This method didn't turn me into a stud in bed, but hey, it surely beats 10 seconds!

Good Luck,

I'm sure some parents are conservative and some are not. Does somebody have parents who weren't conservative but faced the same problem? It would be interesting to know. Can you share with us your comment. Don't be shy, we're only humans!
