Premature Ejaculation & Your Partner

The fact about premature ejaculation in men is that it can affect you at a social and also personal level when having a relationship with your partner. For men, when it comes to an intimate relationship their performance in bed can have a significant impact both physically and psychologically. But not all men can live up to the expectations of their partners.Men who suffers from premature ejaculation often experience the feeling of having inadequate skills in bed.

A trace of anxiety and nervousness is usually evident in a sexual attempt causing him to be a poor performer which can lead to low self-esteem that triggers a development of depression or aggression in the long run.

When this happens he looses his self-confidence in sex and creates obvious signs which are avoiding sexual encounters with their partners and has a some what low appetite for sex. He may simply loose his interest in sex!

Leaving such matter in the dark can lead to confusion and a big misunderstanding for your
partner. Without communicating this problem to her, the first thing she may assume and interpret about your relationship is that you are no longer interested or attracted to her sexually. Your partner will be left with feelings of hurt and disappointment causing her to naturally not approach you about her feelings. This can can have a negative impact to your sex life and can be destructive to your relationship in the long run leading to break ups.


Now, knowing this some men still choose not to discuss their premature ejaculation issues with their partners because they are shy and most of all it effects their ego. Still it is best that men should try to openly discuss their problem with their partners and find the right solutions and remedies for premature ejaculation. Communication can help couples to regain a healthy sex life by relieving the pressure off men to perform and gaining the women's understanding and support.


Men who actively engage their partner in helping them resolve their premature ejaculation problem have better chances of improving their condition because communication allows both partners to identify their needs and achieve their goals. If talking to your partner is not an option, you may wish to explore other common and effective methods such as herbal remedies, PE trainers, or consulting a sexual therapist.

You can choose the most appropriate method for yourself, but remember intimacy is also important for your relationship in the long run.
