Do I Have Premature Ejaculation?

This is a question many of us guys including myself have never tried to seriously answer or simply ignored it completely because we think it's not relevant to us. Let's face it, we as men do not like to admit to others or ourselves that we are incompetent in bed. Why, because It's a sensitive topic that affects our manhood, period!

It's very understanding of us guys with premature ejaculation to keep this private. To an extent I personally keep my sexual problems to myself. But keeping this issue private and not admitting that you have a problem is two totally different things.


Not admitting that you have premature ejaculation means that you will not seek for help and prolonging this problem can cause complications for your self. So, trust me the first step in fixing premature ejaculation is to admit that you have a problem and look for the right way to come about it. I'm not asking you to tell the world you have PE, but to just keep it to yourself and seek for the right solutions.

Doctors and professionals diagnose sufferers of premature ejaculation as the inability to control their climax or ejaculation. It is defined as the condition where men can not last longer than 2-3 minutes from the point of penetration during sex.
